Residential and Personal Storage

Whether you’re moving, renovating, decluttering, downsizing or finding yourself in the middle of a life transition, Storage 101 can help ease any burdens by providing the extra space you will need.

Commercial and Business Storage

Small to mid-size businesses and contractors often use self-storage for additional space where they can store inventory, merchandise, materials, files, equipment, or business vehicles. Avoid the high costs associated with additional warehousing. Instead, you can opt for a modern, cost-effective and convenient solution to your business storage needs with 24/7 access.

Vehicle Storage

When you don’t have the space, Storage 101 has you covered. As one of your most valuable possessions, keeping your vehicle safe is critical to retaining its condition and resale value. Rest assured, your vehicle will be protected in one of our large drive-up units.

Real Estate Storage

If you’re a Realtor, you are tasked with providing several services for your clients and Storage 101 is a great resource to boost your brand recognition. As you know, when selling a home, staging and/or decluttering is key. Realtors can collect staging items and reorganize a client’s home without having to sacrifice their own garages or extra bedrooms. Utilizing the space we provide sends a clear message to brokers and potential clients that you, as a trusted Realtor, take quality care and pay attention to detail.

Frequently Asked Storage Service Questions

What self-storage unit sizes do you have?
Our self-storage units range in size from 100 square feet to 840 square feet. Our certified storage consultants can help you select the ideal storage unit size for your belongings.
Does Storage 101 provide a lock or does anyone else have a key?
It is our policy that all units are secured with a cylinder lock. We sell these onsite, and you will be the only one with a set of keys.

Our indoor units are protected from the elements and they tend to have broad hallways (as well as elevators in multi-story properties). On the other hand, our outdoor units are on one level and offer the convenience of drive-up access.
When can I access my unit?
You can access your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
